Tomorrow it's finally time to watch the movie I've been waiting for since I heard about it some months ago. Dracula Untold with Luke Evans as the main character Vlad sure provides an interesting and "realistic" feeling to the legend of how Dracula became Dracula.
Stay tuned or go watch it and discuss it with me tomorrow evening (Swedish time)!

It. was. great! The best portraying of the vampire I've seen when it comes to its abilities and weaknesses. Nice intro with the still shots (felt like they were made with 3D in mind?). Luke Evans was a perfect face for the role. I like how they showed us a different side of Dracula, a very human one which makes sense and makes one be on his side no matter what he or his people do...

I agree, this was a great portrayal of vampires, and Luke Evans was amazing! I'm so glad that the vampires in the movie actually burn in the sun, have fangs and simply are like vampires SHOULD be (no Edward Cullens here!). Cred to the creators for that! I actually have to say that I felt a little scared/uncomfortable when the first vampire popped up...
And besides Luke Evans being awesome, I love that Tywin (Okay, Charles Dance...) is in the movie! Didn't knew that before I sat down to watch it, so that was a really nice surprise!
